Shipping
The timeline for your order depends on the customization you choose:
- Kit only: If you choose the "Kit only" option, your order will be processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days.
- Kit + 12 Schmincke paints: After you order, we hand-pour the professional-grade paints directly into the walnut grid. The palette then requires 3–5 days to cure properly. This slow-drying process ensures the paint won’t crack or bleed during transit.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a personal tracking link by email.
